Returns & Damages
All of our products are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Order Cancellation Policy
Because all products are custom-made and produced on demand, orders may only be canceled before production has begun.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible at tali@printio.co.il.
If the cancellation request is approved before production begins, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Printio reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for orders that have already entered production or fulfillment processes.
Damaged Items
We take great care in producing and packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at tali@printio.co.il within 2 days of receiving your order and include:
Clear photos of the damaged product,
Photos of the packaging (including the outer box and any protective materials)
These images help us assess the issue and work with our production and shipping partners.
Review Process
All damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your claim is approved, we will offer a refund, replacement, or reimbursement at our discretion.
Important Notes
Claims submitted without photos of both the product and packaging may not be eligible for review
We are not responsible for damages reported after the stated timeframe
Minor variations in color or appearance due to the custom production process are not considered defects. All of our wood frames are natural and some tonal variation may occur.
