Welcome to Printio (“Printio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Printio website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Printio is a print-on-demand eCommerce platform specializing in art prints and custom-printed artwork products.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

 1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

You are at least 18 years old; and
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

 2.⁠ ⁠About the Platform

Printio operates a print-on-demand platform that enables users to:

Browse and purchase artwork products
Upload artwork and files
Order custom-printed products
Access related eCommerce services

Products may include prints, framed prints, and canvas products.

 3.⁠ ⁠User Accounts

Certain features may require registration.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Maintain the security of your account
Keep login credentials confidential
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 4.⁠ ⁠Uploaded Files & Content Policy
4.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all files, images, artwork, and other content you upload to the platform (“User Content”). We do not claim any ownership rights in your content.

4.2 Use of Uploaded Files

Your uploaded files are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We take reasonable measures to ensure your content is handled securely. Uploaded files are not stored longer than necessary and are deleted after the production and fulfillment of your order is completed.

We do not use, reproduce, or share your files for any purpose other than completing your order unless explicitly authorized by you.

4.3 Responsibility for Content

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to all uploaded content
Your content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights
Your content does not violate any applicable law

We reserve the right to reject or remove content at our discretion.

 5.⁠ ⁠File Quality & Print Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that your file is print-ready.

This means your file should be:

Sized correctly for the selected product
Approximately 300 DPI at final print size
Clear and not blurry or pixelated

Files are printed exactly as received. We do not make adjustments, corrections, or edits to uploaded files.

Print quality issues caused by low-resolution, poor-quality, or incorrectly sized files are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or reprints.

If you are unsure whether your file is suitable for print, please contact us before placing your order.

 6.⁠ ⁠Prohibited Content

You may not upload or distribute content that:

Infringes copyrights or trademarks
Is defamatory, abusive, hateful, or unlawful
Contains explicit or illegal material
Violates third-party rights
Contains malware or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove prohibited content without notice.

 7.⁠ ⁠Orders & Production
7.1 Print-on-Demand Production

All products are custom-made to order.

Because products are produced individually, slight variations may occur, including:

Color differences
Print placement
Material texture
Natural tonal variations in wood frames

These are considered normal production variations and are not considered defects.

7.2 Production Times

Estimated production times:

Unframed Prints: 2–3 business days
Canvas: 2–3 business days
Framed Prints: 7–10 business days

Production times are estimates only and may vary.

7.3 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders for reasons including:

Suspected fraud
Copyright concerns
Pricing errors
Supply limitations
Violation of these Terms
 8.⁠ ⁠Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in [Currency] unless otherwise stated.

You agree to pay:

Product prices
Applicable taxes or VAT
Additional fees displayed at checkout

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

 9.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Delivery

Door-to-door courier delivery throughout Israel is free, with no minimum order requirement.

Estimated shipping times:

Central Israel: 1–3 business days
Distant cities: up to 5 business days
(including Eilat, Upper Galil, Moshavim/Kibbutzim, Otef Aza, Dead Sea, and Jordan Valley)
Remote towns: up to 7 business days
(including Arad, Yerucham, Dimona, and West Bank towns)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

10.⁠ ⁠Packaging & Branding

All products are shipped white-labelled and contain no Printio branding.

If a black-and-white branding PDF is uploaded during checkout, it may be included in the package.

Packaging methods include:

Unframed Artwork

Wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve and securely rolled in a shipping tube.

Framed Artwork

Wrapped in bubble wrap and protected between thick layers of cardboard for safe delivery.

11.⁠ ⁠Returns, Refunds & Damages
11.1 Custom-Made Products

All products are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

11.2 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at tali@printio.co.il
 within 2 days of receiving your order.

Your claim must include:

Clear photos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging, including:
The outer box
Protective materials

Claims submitted without photos of both the product and packaging may not be eligible for review.

11.3 Review Process

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a claim is approved, we may offer, at our discretion:

A replacement
A refund
A reimbursement
11.4 Non-Eligible Issues

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

Minor color variations
Natural wood frame tonal differences
Print quality issues caused by low-resolution or incorrectly prepared files
Damage reported after the stated timeframe

 

Printio is responsible for ensuring that products are delivered in reasonable condition and substantially match the order placed by the customer.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, the customer must notify us within 2 days of receiving the order by contacting tali@printio.co.il and providing relevant photographs and order details.

Subject to review and approval of the claim, Printio may, at its discretion:

Replace the product
Reprint the order
Issue a refund or partial refund

Printio’s responsibility is limited solely to the value of the purchased product and does not extend to any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind.

Printio is not responsible for defects or print quality issues resulting from:

Low-resolution or improperly prepared files uploaded by the customer
Customer-approved content or formatting
Normal variations in color, texture, framing materials, or print placement resulting from the custom production process
Improper use, handling, or storage of the product after delivery

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, all products are provided “as is” without additional warranties of any kind.


12.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property

All platform content excluding User Content, including:

Logos
Branding
Software
Website design
Platform functionality
Text and graphics

is owned by Printio or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without permission.

13.⁠ ⁠Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, please contact:

Your notice should include:

Identification of the copyrighted work
Identification of the allegedly infringing content
Your contact information
A statement of good-faith belief
A statement confirming the accuracy of the complaint

We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

14.⁠ ⁠Third-Party Services

The Services may include integrations or links to third-party providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content.

15.⁠ ⁠Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printio disclaims all warranties, including:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Continuous availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

16.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printio and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

Use of the website or Services
Use of products purchased through the website
Inability to use the website or Services
Delays, interruptions, or technical failures
Errors in uploaded files or customer-provided content
Loss of data, profits, business, or revenue

All products are used at the customer’s sole responsibility.

Printio shall not be responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution, improperly sized, or otherwise unsuitable files provided by the customer.

In any event, Printio’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

17.⁠ ⁠Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printio and its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims arising out of:

Your uploaded content
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of third-party rights
18.⁠ ⁠Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

19.⁠ ⁠Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

You violate these Terms
Fraudulent activity is suspected
Required payments are not made
20.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

21.⁠ ⁠Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the website.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
